Can C programs be run under IIS/Windows Server environment?

Well, a C program can run pretty much under anything you compile it on.

But since you don't say anything about the program, what it does, what it ran on initially, or what it does, how can we say? Also, you're asking about whether it runs on Windows or not...this is Linuxquestions....not alot of Windows questions here. You might have better luck on a Windows site.
