Can't send Email remotely ...please HELP!

I've been setting up my email server on my Mandrake 9.2 and
I'm using Postfix as my smtp.

When I am accessing my mailbox remotely using outlook express, I can receive email but I can't send any. The email that I'm sending loops back to myself.

Anybody help me please on this. I can't figure out what's wrong with my main.cf. PLease bear with me. I'm just a newbie here.

I am accessing my Linux mailbox remotely using outlook express. I've put my Linux IP Address as my incoming mail (POP3) address and outgoing mail (SMTP) address in my outlook express mail setup....(hope that's right)

I can receive mails from everybody worldwide but i can't send. The mail I'm sending bounces back to me and states this error:

-----
.....

The Postfix program

<recipient address>: mail for <my linux ip add> loops back to myself
-----

PLease note that this applies to all users i have in my linux email server.
Thanks for replying, I hope i've xplained more clearly this time. Thanks again....
