Have you tried with adding ./ in front of file name?
Like:

Code:
sudo apt install ./code_1.54.3-1615806378_amd64.deb

You don't install from a DEB file with apt. Use gdebi or dpkg -i instead.

But why on earth would you want to install VS Code on Kali? Kali is a specialized distro for penetration testing. It's not suited for software development.

And if you cannot figure out on yourself how to install software from a DEB file then Kali is definitely not for you. See Using Kali Linux? PLEASE READ!!

Thx bro for the feedback maybe that was the problem, but another problem occurred. Let me show you
Code:
hackermez@hackermez:~/Downloads$ sudo apt install ./code_1.54.3-1615806378_amd64.deb
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Note, selecting 'code:amd64' instead of './code_1.54.3-1615806378_amd64.deb'

The user environment probably does not have it in path. Why don't you install another Linux for your non-pentesting activities. I hear Linux is free, won't cost you a red cent. And then old hands will stop laughing at you.

It's dpkg, not dkpg. As in Debian package maintenance tool.

--fix-missing using apt should help resolve the problem,

But on the other hand I highly suggest you ditch Kali this time around. Maybe one day it will come in handy but certainly not now.

The Title of the thread says kali 32bit the deb the OP is trying to install is amd64.
MS doesn't have a 32bit unless you are using arm.

1) Try the open source version: https://gitlab.com/paulcarroty/vscodium-deb-rpm-repo
2) Better yet follow the advice of others and install a distro that is meant for everyday use. It only takes a few minutes to install Debian, Ubuntu, Mint etc and all of the packages in Kali can be installed in any of them.
3) Add the MS repo: (Which still is not going to work on a 32bit system)
Code:
wget -qO- https://packages.microsoft.com/keys/microsoft.asc | gpg --dearmor > packages.microsoft.gpg
sudo install -o root -g root -m 644 packages.microsoft.gpg /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/
sudo sh -c 'echo "deb [arch=amd64,arm64,armhf signed-by=/etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/packages.microsoft.gpg] https://packages.microsoft.com/repos/code stable main" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/vscode.list'
Followed by:
Code:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install code # or code-insiders
