can't boot ubuntu 20.04 LTS (kernel is not signed)??

Hello,

I've been messinn around with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on kernel 5.4.0-52-generic and efibootmgr tool.

I'm not sure what I did so when I try to boot Ubuntu says Kernel is not signed but Windows 10 boots without any problems both in Secure Boot enabled or disabled, disabling Secure Boot boots without problems..

How do I fix it?

most probably you have a non-signed kernel driver in ubuntu. In secure boot mode only verified (signed) kernel and drivers are allowed.

If that is the case (unsigned kernel or driver installed) you should be able to boot by selecting "advanced options for Linux" at the initial boot screen. Select the previous kernel, and it should boot to that one. Remove the unsigned kernel or driver with apt and you should be fine. If that doesn't do it, report back and try to tell exactly what you did, and how. We cannot read your screen, nor your mind.
