boot problems with 32bit ubuntu on 64bit system
my problem is my printer wont work on 64bit ubuntu.. no drivers... just for 32bit... and im a newb so i dont know all the technical stuff to get it to work if there was a way to...but anyways.. i tried to run ubuntu 32bit and i have alot of boot problems.. sometimes it will boot but most of the time it wont... i have to hard reboot everytime 6 or 7 times just to get it to boot.... i was wondering what could be the problem... i know im a newb but for some reason i was thinking maybe it was my hard drive being to large (1.5 terabyte) its been ahwhile since ive tried but i dont remember there being any error messages just a black screen.. ive waited up to around 5 hours for one boot so i know im giving it enough time LOL...is there a fix to make 32bit ubuntu use a large hard drive like that.. i know there is one for the ram... but i love ubuntu and would like to have a stable system and use my printer at the same time... i hate being stuck to windows
