Hi,

I just took over as an administrator of Big Brother monitoring tool running on RH 5.

Currently I have a problem after adding a server to monitor, there is no notification send out though it shows RED from the BB server web when there is a problem.

All other monitored servers prior to the addition are OK (ie. notification are send to the respective administrator when their server is not OK).

Please let me know where is the right forum to discuss Big Brother monitoring tool if this is not the right forum to discuss.

If you're using RHEL then I'd suggest contacting the support people from RedHat. You've paid for support and you might as well use it.
