could any one tell me please what is the linux distro that is closest to mac osx

why would "closest to osx" relate to best??? I presume you mean the visual style? That's not really the distro but the desktop manager you chose, and many DE's can run on many different distros.

I don't mean to sound rude, but if you want OSX then buy OSX. From what I can gather it's a pretty good OS and it's Unix-like underneath so in some ways has the flexibility of Linux.
Linux is not OSX and whilst some desktop environments can be made to look like OSX (I think Pear OS is a distribution that looks like OSX) you don't get the things like iTunes, iCloud, Garageband and others that are the reason many people turn to OSX.

pinguyOS was also similar to Mac, suitable for beginners. There is also project called macbuntu.
