automated ftp


hi

can someone help me out with getting ftp to download then upload a file to a differnt site?

iv got a cron job to download the file.
00,30 * * * * ncftpget ftp.ban.co.nz/ /usr/games/hlds_l/cstrike/sbs 'pub/banfiles/sbs*.cfg'

now i need to know how i would upload it to a differnt ftp site.

one more thing.

the server im uploading to has a password on it, how would i got about sending the user name and password to it?

man ncftpput

something like ncftpput -u debianmike -p password or the like
