Approximate no of jobs available in 2 years.


i am doing my RHCE now and willing to do further certifications in virtualization,storage & cloud.. Are these courses having value?? Though i know that getting placed is directly proportional to subject knowledge and skill, i want to know approx job vacancies in few years.?

You're asking us to look into a crystal ball! No-one knows what the job market will be in the future.

However, I notice that quite a lot of Sys Amins/Programmers and other computer people (on the Linux/Unix side) appear to be on the, shall we say, "older" side.

I'd reckon that there's likely to be a need for "new blood" to take over when the older generation retire.

Just my

I'd reckon that the courses you mention, plus associated experience would hold you in good stead.
