Application icons inside kicker...

Ok, so I don't really know how to word this, but here goes:

I use fluxbox as my window manager. When I used to use KDE applications in flux, their "icons" would be displayed in the slit directly under my gkrellm. However, I have obviously done something to change that, because now their "icons" show up as seperate windows floating around the desktop.

Does anyone know how I can get it to revert back? I will show 2 screenshots, in the first, an example of the icon floating. In the second, I will move the icon as close to the location of where it used to be as possible to show you what I mean.

If any of this doesn't make sense and you need some clarification, please ask.
