Question Apahce 2.0 / redhat 8.0

Well, i guess its not so much about the 2 subject but, i'm fairly new to setting up the apache server on my redhat 8.0 and the functioning of DNS. Well i did register at dydns, and did setup the ddclient both start at boot( apache and ddclient). I've check nslookuk, and seem to work but i'm not sure why i still can't access it through my broswer. Well its only been an hour since the setup, is there a time period i have to wait for it show up on my browser or did i do something wrong? Any help or information will be appreciated, thanks.

Maybe i wasn't specific in my question but, here i got again..My linux box in DMZ, so it allows all ports, i'm guessing. So i should have problem with NAT? When i try to access the website using the private ip 192.168.0.102 over my xp computer on the same network, everything works fine. I see the website. I've recently registered with mydyndns and and have ddclient running both at boot. and in the ddclient.conf i've edited to put in

#use=if, if=eth0 # via interfaces
use=web # via web

taking the # sign out before use. Using nslookup blah.is-a-geek.com, the site name and ip address return - meaning its working properly ( i think ).

Modified the server name, and virtual server is set to name based in my httpd.conf.

Beside that i'm not to clear on what to do, when i try to access the website using http://blah.is-a-geek.com page does not show up in XP, and in Mozilla, i get timed out.

Does anyone know how i can fix this problem, its been quite a hair-pulling experience. Any specific help would be appreciated. thanks
