so can i have multiple users in apache as starters ?? like if i want to have 5ppl to be able to upload with ftp onto a web page, like diffrent pages ?!?!

No. The Apache process will run as a single user. You can, however, have multiple virtual domains pointing to different directories. So each of your 5 users can have their own webpage directory that they can upload to with FTP, and as long as Apache can read the files, it can serve them out. You'll have to do some reading on how to do this, but the Apache website has some excellent documentation.
