Apache 2.0.51 problem

Hello,
I have a strange problem
I have Fedora Core 2 installed and Apache updated to version 2.0.51-2.9
Sometimes when I do ps -aux I get things like this:
apache 27935 0.0 3.5 51132 36800 ? S 04:23 0:00 /usr/sbin/-e

After I restart Apache everything goes normal. But after some time the problem gets back.

Did anybody had this problem too? I searched on google and I did not found anything about this. What could cause this? Where should I look for the cause?

Please help

Thank you

It appears to be a problem related to an old mod_perl version, try upgrading to the most recent stable version.
