Hi,
First of all, welcome to the forum, I and everyone hope that you get the help you need here.
I have used the Android studio once, as an extention on Eclipse. In fact, it was Eclipse, fine tuned to develop for Android...
Emulators are built in. I had a hell of a time getting something out of the thing, but...it was a "sunday afternoon project" for me, anyway...
So, on to that index. What distro do you use? Some more info, please
Melissa
PS - titles like "Help me" may not get you the response you are aiming for, try to be a bit more creative next time in choosing a subject
Something like "Android development, hit a snag..." or such would attract thee folks that may have the answers you look for, just a hint...

Welcome to the forum.
You would probably get a better response if you posted your question in the Newbie section.

Android studio Question

I managed to figure out the solution by typing sudo apt-get update followed by sudo apt-get install -f. My software index is now working properly. I can download any software i want.
