Anbox on Freespire

I have recently installed Freespire distro on an HP mini 5103. This is the first Linux distro I have liked from the start. I have been looking off and on for something to replace Windows OS. However there are two or three programs, that I use frequently, that I need to run in Linux.
I am aware that I need Anbox and Wine to do this. I finally got Wine on and the program works. But I can't seem to get Anbox installed. I have tried different approaches that I have found online, but none appear to work. I am descent experienced in using terminals.
Also, I need play store to download one of the programs. That is another install problem.
I would appreciate any help given. By the way the program I need to use is JW Library.
