Hi new here and new on Linux. Install deepin and wifi, Blue tooth not working. rfkill not working. Please help

While I don't know Deepin, you need to provide more information, such as software versions, error messages, log file contents, your Wifi and Bluetooth hardware, your configuration, and the definition of "not working". See the link "how to use Linuxquestions" for tips.

Do you need this service? If so, it's obviously not installed, and your first step is to install it. Are you sure this service exists at all?

By the way, by "configuration" I meant your WiFi and Bluetooth configuration. And the networking configuration, for example the output of ip address.

Also, you say that WiFi and Bluetooth don't work - are there any other errors or symptoms apart from the problem with rfkill-unblock-wifi.service?

Regarding your networking hardware:
Huawei Ideos is a range of phone and tablet products, which confuses me. Where is your WiFi interface?

Use Huawei phone for internet.
