adjust display screen on cli for arch based linux

I have enter the cli as such..
But i don't get it why my eDP1 screen is still not +0+0 (xy coordinate)?

Code:
$ xrandr --output eDP1 --auto --pos 0x0 --primary --output HDMI1 --auto --above eDP1
From this xrandr output below.. does that means HDMI1 screen is the one at x0y0 ?
*the screen that is at 0x0y is the first screen (primary screen). But eDP1 supposely the one at 0x0y, but is not; anybody know why ?

Code:
$ xrandr -q

eDP1 connected primary 1920x1080+0+1080 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 340mm x 190mm

HDMI1 connected 1920x1080+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 1600mm x 900mm

For me it is unclear how xrandr takes all these options, once upon time I fought the same fight and ended up breaking one single line down to three, one for each display. I put them all [temporarily] into my ~/.xinitrc with intention to set up my xorg.conf one day to make it permanent ...

Would you mind share the separated lines of xrandr with me ?

I noticed when using --below with primary then it works as expected, using --above with secondary screen screws it up. Go figure.
Code:
xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode 2560x1440
xrandr --output HDMI1 --primary --below DP1
xrandr --output HDMI2 --same-as DP1
