access samba share by AD domain users

Hi,

I have joined the RHEL server to AD domain and AD users and groups are able to access the share. However i don't want all the users and groups to access the share so i restricted them by adding certain users and groups in /ect/samba/smbusers file . Also i have called this file in smb.conf file but nothing seems to be work.
smb.conf file is not reading /ect/samba/smbusers file.
OS:rhel 5.3
domain server 2003

smb.conf

[global]
workgroup = RAK
realm = rak.com
security = ads
encrypt passwords = false
log file = /var/log/samba/%m.log
max log size = 50
winbind use default domain = true
template homedir = /%D/%U
template shell = /bin/bash
password server = 192.168.59.149
wins server = 192.168.59.149
idmap uid = 16777216-33554431
idmap gid = 16777216-33554431
dead time = 1
socket options = TCP_NODELAY SO_RCVBUF=8192 SO_SNDBUF=8192
dns proxy = no
allow trusted domains = yes
winbind offline logon = yes
winbind enum users = yes
winbind enum groups = yes
winbind use default domain = Yes
username map = /etc/samba/smbusers
[sambashare]
comment = sambashare
path = /sambashare
guest ok = yes
writeable = yes
browseable = yes
directory mask = 0775
create mask = 0775
/etc/samba/smbusers

# Unix_name = SMB_name1 SMB_name2 ...
root = administrator admin
nobody = guest pcguest smbguest
test = test
linux_admins = RAK\test1 RAK\test2

Here I need user test and users in linux_admins group has to access the share other users should be denied.

Thank you

as you are using rhel which is a paid formsystem and you or your company have already paid for system help I would suggest you go to red hat support first after all youve already paid.
