about shell


i'm doing my project on shell designing,so can i know the basic shell(any shell in linux)codes using c language with few commands implemented on it. thank u

thank u very much for your concern, but can u help me to figure out some examples regarding shell in c language though i tried to find out different shell codes but they are to vast for me to understand so can you help me find the few lines of code in c which has implemented some basic command in shell like ls,chmode,date,calc etc.
