Abode flash player 10


I have had my laptop for over a year now and have still no idea how linux works, but the problem I have at the moment, is that i cannot download flash player 10, there is always something that comes up, whether it be asking for a root or just now able to get it, can anyone help me with this, it is an Aspire one AOA 150 that I have.

Dont know if this is what you were asking about, dont have a clue
