Question [emacs] bookmark-set: Buffer not visiting a file or directory

Today,I try to set a bookmark in my emacs,
i typed "C-x r m","M-x bookmark-set" neither of them worked,
but i get this message:
bookmark-set: Buffer not visiting a file or directory
I've googled, but seems like no one but me meet the problem...
Can anyone help me with this?

What are trying to bookmark? You have to be visiting a real file or directory. You can't bookmark something like *scratch* buffer.
