'Make'-Command wont work

I want to install the CH341SER_LINUX Driver.
But when I type 'make' in my terminal (in the CH341SER-File)
this happens:

My system has lxle linux installed.

Is this after running configure?
Do you have the necessary headers and modules installed for your kernel?

The README file normally advises what steps to take and what is needed ... have you read and followed the instructions?
