"Xubuntu 22.04.2 LTS amd64" and "nmcli -p con up uuid $UUID"

Hello, the method I was using to manage connections and reconnections to my VPN for xubuntu 20.04 seems to be forbidden by the system of xubuntu 22.04.
I've been looking for a way to do this differently.
With xubuntu 22.04, my VPN works using the pane.

Here VPN - systemd and NetworkManager dispatcher a forum that proposes a systemd solution.
The solution refers to 3 scripts which should be easy to write when you know the subject.

Kind regards,
Llyich
