What is cycleserv2?

Can anyone tell me what service cycleserv2 provides?

I noticed that port 772 is open for cycleserv2 on my box. "man cycleserv2" and "man cycleserv" turned up zilch. whatis and apropos gave me nothing as well. To top it all off, a search on google/linux only returns two pages of links, and each link simply displays the "well known port numbers" and (sure enough) cycleserv2 is commonly assigned to port 772.

That's great, but I want to know what it does. It may be a common thing and "everybody does it", but I still want to know
