What's your fave IPtables tutorial for a newbie?

That link looks to be to a document that was last revised in 2003. Here there is a document, by the same author, which looks to be more recent and is available in a number of different forms.

This is quite a long document, and is quite thorough, so it may not be the most newbie-friendly document ever; I'd point out that it is still good and you could just take your time to read it. However, in the interests of completeness, I'll suggest a couple of other links:
