TCP or NETBIOS faster?

Hi

Knows someone, is it the transfer over TCP or over NETBIOS faster?
I'm using Symantec Ghost 7.5 Corporate Edition to duplicate windows workstations over TCP and over NETBIOS and I'm using both protocol: NETBIOS and TCP.
I mean just NetBIOS self and NOT over TCP/IP.

It really seems to be over the NETBIOS 3 times faster then TCP.
I've tested in the same LAN, same Hardware and same image.
