Transparent access to linux machine on LAN
I will be getting a second computer soon, and I'll keep my old one running as a server. How can I get transparent access to this computer's hard drive? ie I want to mount the server's / as /mnt/server on my client.
note: I'm not really sure I want to do this, but even if I don't I'd like to know how. It seems like it should be easy, but I don't know where to start. I can do it with a Windows machine via Samba, but who wants Windows anyway....
