PC connected to the router.

Our questions:
What happens if you turn on the DMZ?
What benefits can I get it? Hiding the addresses of the PC?
Or what?

Basically DMZ turns your router into a wire. Everything in and everything out.

Most people want a router to help protect in some way. By blocking apps or ports or times or what not.
