I have intalled Linux 7.2. I can not see telnet in services list. Does this mean telnet is not installed ? If yes, how do I enable telnetd.

Search the forum, it's been stated at least dozens of times: Don't use telnetd, use sshd instead.
Telnet is an inherintly insecure protocol, SSH encrypts authentication and supports two-factor authentication. Blah, blah, etc, etc, please use search.
