Tcp issues in manet

sir,
i am doing a research on Tcp issues in manet. I am implementing my solution in NS2. My solution to this problem is signal strengthening in MANET. Based on the references, if congestion increases the signal power reduces. So i have to bring congestion in the network. Can you send me the code to increase the congestion between nodes in the network?

I also want to implement scalable TCP in MANET. Can you tell me what are the modifications that are to be made for implementing this ?

Expecting a reply soon..

thnks
