surf control for squid

I have currently have RH 7.3 running as a proxy server with squid. I konw that we are able to apply filters in the squid.conf file to limit access to sites as well as what files can be displayed.

What I would like to know is there any add on software that runs on top of squid that could help me with this sort of administration?

Software must do the following:

Limit site access
files types to be displayed
User access control

Thanking you for all your input

Tony Oliveira

// Moderator note: I'm grafting this to /Networking, IMO I can't see any security-related question, and I gotta clean up more.
