ssh problem


hi all,i just cant login via ssh on my server (debian5),always get message connection refused,it seems like firewall blocking me cause i download and install tftpd & tftp and after install i dont see open port for that application,so any help will be great,thanks.

Now then, please run
Code:
# netstat -ltnp
on the Debian server and confirm that sshd is listening on port 22.

If so, from the client side, run
Code:
$ nc -zvw 1 debian.server.here 22
and post the results here.

Ok sorry for that I am very new in linux world.
So I solve this problem,I am just edit ssh_config file for client and for server: uncomment port 22 line,and on /etc/ssh/sshd_config uncomment few lines down,so now I can login via ssh.
