squid peer

i want to know about squid peer as sibling. if system_A and system_b both are connected to same LAN as sibling and both have seperate ISP connection.
what will happen if System_A queries about an object/website from system_B ?

Will system_B fetch this object from internet if not available in its cache ?

or

it simply responce "no object found" and system_A retries it from Internet

thanks
