Squid Output to the Terminal?
Ok is there a way to output the access.log file that squid appends in a real time environment using a terminal. So everytime someone tries to access a website boom the terminal windows lists that line in the terminal.
Like a console window?

Some of the options here may interest you: http://www.squid-cache.org/Doc/FAQ/FAQ-3.html#ss3.8
If you start squid manually from a terminal window and leave the window open, I believe messages will be displayed there.
Only one way to find out. Test it.

Read the main pages for tail. The -f option means follow. So, yes, it will print lines to stdout as they are written to the log file you're tailing.
