Squid block by mime-type the live streaming

Hi,
I have a squid running but the users have been abusing the bandwidth, so I decided to block all the live streaming and I succeeded. The problem is that I was able to do so blocking the octet-stream but that one block pretty much any binary including the anti-virus updates.

So I wonder if you guys can point me to another direction to get this working alike but not so restrictive, I Google a lot and the mime types on Microsoft site are useless on this scenario.

Thanks.

for my Squid i blocked all streaming and white listed the AV Site

Squid caches the mcafee update and all computers fetch it there instead of downloading it.

tail -f /var/log/squid/access.log |grep -i denied|grep -i symantec

and add the address to the exclude list
