Sharing windows printer with FC7 box

I'm trying to share my girlfriends printer, connected to a windows XP pro box to my box running FC7. I figured it wouldn't be that difficult, and the sickening part is that I'VE DONE IT BEFORE.

The steps taken seem right:
(On Windows machine)
1. Go to Add/Remove components > Enable print sharing for Unix
2. Share printer (HPDJ on 192.168.55.129)

(On FC7 machine)
1. System>Administration>printing
2. New Printer...Name it HPDJ
3. Select "LPD/LPR Host or printer"
4. Hostname=192.168.55.129
5. printername=HPDJ
6. Select proper drivers (HP Deskjet 3470)
7. Click apply

Again, the worst part of this is that these exact steps worked when I networked my mothers windows printer to this very same machine not 6 months ago...same version of XP and everything!

The printer does work on the windows machine, and I'm positive I have the right drivers (The gnome gui is practically idiot proof).

I'd love some help, I'm starting to lose it...

EDIT:
I followed instructions at http://www.smartcomputing.com/editor...02%2F56s02.asp

and when I ran:
Code:
lp test.txt
test.txt being a test file I just created..

I received the result:
Code:
lp: Destination "HPDJ" is not accepting jobs.
Windows says its shared...what could be wrong?
