Sharing Linux/XP

Ok i Know this has to be a pretty lame question... I have 2 hard drives in my computer hda and hdb, hda is 80GB with XP on it, hdb is 20 GB with RH9, now I wannted to share files so I did a 10 GB partition on hda formatted it as FAT32, my XP sees and is able to read/write to it, but with Linux I can't find a way to even see it, I put all my MP3'S in there... How do I set it up? I want to be able to play my mp3's from either system.... Thanks for any help...

You need to mount it.
Create a directory in /mnt (in this case, I will call it shared)
and you will have to add a line in /etc/fstab

Code:

/dev/hdaX               /mnt/shared          vfat    defaults        0 0

Replace the X with the correct partition number.
If you want a listing of the partitions on hda, type fdisk -l /dev/hda
