I got no answer for my question in Enterprise linux forum. I hope I can some info here.
I want to run a load balanved mail service using SAN. Mailservers should have access to a shared storage. I would have a SAN Storage, Operating system and obviously a cluster file system to manage the shared storage. I want to know which compatibily points should be considered. I will use Redhat enterprise AS4 and the SAN Storage is HDS 9585 (Hitachi). If I use GFS as the cluster file system, should the SAN support GFS? If not should I chose another SAN solution or use another cluster file system manager like veritas? I would have same design in our web servers and mysql dabase servers. It's really appriciated if you could give me any idea.
