setting up a redundant web server between two public IP! - heartbeat, DNS, etc

Hi,

My issue: If I lose internet connection on one network (public IP) - so www.XXXX.com is now down, how do I get it to go to another internet connection (i.e. another public IP) - so www.XXXX.com now resolves to that IP automatically.

I know heartbeat is a one solution, but my question for this solution is it needs a controller machine. So if that controller machine is in one of these public IP's. If it loses internet connection, then heartbeat will not work. Can heartbeat be setup to have more the one controller machine?

I would of thought I could setup something in the DNS records (FYI I used dnsexit.com) so if one IP is down, it will just go to the next IP. Is this possible?, if so, how do I do that.

Thx in advance.
