I've been all over the www.linuxprinting.org and www.cups.org and several threads here, but I still can't get my windows box to see the printer on the RH box.

I decided to set up samba, and my windows box can see the samba workgroup and the 'localhost' pc in it, but it can't access it or see a printer on it.

I saw that some people say I can just enter the http url of the printer on cups into windows, but I am using win NT4 and this doesn't appear to be an option.

I tried a few different ways of doing it over the last few hours but nothing has got it working. It seems I need to run 'cupsaddsmb' but this cannot find the Adobe drivers. I downloaded the cups5.hlp cupsdrv5.dll cupsui5.dll files from www.cups.org.

- and then it fails because it cannot find the 'rpcclient'. I'm not sure why my RH7 doesn't have rpcclient, but it has all the other cups stuff from the cups rpms and samba rpms.

If anybody's got some suggestions, I'd appreciate the help.

Delete your windows machine. Problem solved. lol
