Server Is Redirecting Me To An Old Domain...
Hey,
I just pulled an older server out of the closet and when I try to access it from another computer on my network by typing the local IP into my browser, I get redirected to the expired domain that used to point to the server.
For example, the local IP is 192.168.1.7, so I type that into my browser and then my browser says at the bottom that it's looking for ***.no-ip.org, which is my old domain. It won't let me just go to 192.168.1.7. What I think is happening is that when I type the IP, it is going to the server, but then the server is telling me to go to ***.no-ip.org first. I have even created a new domain ***.hopto.org, and when I type that into my browser, the same thing happens! But, when I forward port 80 to another server at my house, this domain works just fine. The only thing I can think of is that there is some config file that is telling the server to do this. I just don't know how to get around it .
Basically what I want to do is be able to view my old website on that server so I can backup the databases. Any ideas how to get by this? Thank you!
