scp from Windows to Unix


Can I copy a file using Putty and scp from my windows machine to my solaris box? If so how? thanks

Yeah it should work; download the PuTTY PSCP.EXE, which is a command-line tool, start a ms-dos prompt and run

and it should work. If there are spaces in the filename, you need to use quotes I think.
