Samba/NT cross domain functionality

I have read how to make a domian controller out of Samba to serve up Windoze authentification. But how can I add functionality to the Samba DC that the NT DC already has like:

locking down the Control Panel
Right-Clicking
and other fun things.

Thanks in advance!
