ROUTE Target in iptables

Hi all,

I need help in iptables.

Is there any alternative for the below commands/rules in ip route / chains.

Code:
iptables -t mangle -I PREROUTING -s 10.66.67.247 -i tun0 -j ROUTE -oif eth0

iptables -t mangle -I PREROUTING -d 10.66.67.247 -i eth0 -j ROUTE -oif tun0
Waiting for your responses,

Alan
