hi everyone,

i just replied to a post about something similar to this i'll post it hear so maybe it could help one of you.

i've got a few things i'm either working on or have finished you can check them out and they might help you out.

http://tlug.dnho.net/?q=node/146#comment-145 - OpenLDAP + LAM + Samba as PDC

http://www.geocities.com/evilperson85/serversetup/ - ServerSetup Script, if it works, it works great, if it dosn't then tell me about the bug and i'll *try* and fix it

if your like me and you need to see a GUI infront of you before you can really get your head around it, some of the how-to's include LAM (but i dont think the script will download it, you almost always need to download it and put it in the same folder as the script yourself) but another good one is

phpldapadmin
http://phpldapadmin.sourceforge.net

and

ldap browser is one that i like, just to be able to see it, requires no setting up, just point in the direction of the server and click
