Remote Apache Logging

I've read countless documents and examples on how to send apache logs to a central logging server but I've yet to see something that works.

I have a cluster of web servers which need to send their combined logs to a central server which will log all web activity.
I know how to do this with the usual system logs but for the life of me, cannot find a way of doing this with the web logs without messing with a lot of other system configurations.

I know there has to be some simple way of doing this since clusters have become to popular. Can someone please give me a hand on this.

Very much appreciated.

Mike

Pipe it to 'logger' or equivalent?
