Sorry, but you're going to need to provide a lot more information that that... what is this radius server? what do relevant logs say about this? what is the architecture of the server ?
hi
ok acid_kewpie
i am trying to make a pppoe-server on my slackware and i use rp-pppoe and freeradius i configure radius and sql and i test them by radtest and from windows ntradping they work fine ( radius and sql )
but when i.am trying to make connect radius doesn't feel connect ok
the problem is in ppp-server-options ( in my pppd ) and pppd have an option "plugin radius.so"
this options doesn't work i make search for days on net i recognize that many ppl have same problem
like me and they don't solve it i donno why but i.am asking maybe someone reach for something and that's all
the problem between pppd and radius ( all configuration is right )
I am facing the same problem. Any help here would be much appreciated!
Basic authentication using pap-secrets on pppoe-server works just fine. But the plugin radius.so does not seem to be doing its job when I try to do the authentication through freeradius server on the same machine.
I am using pppd version 2.4.4 with freeradius server 2.1.3 and radiusclient 1.6
