question(rh8) about ftp,telnet


i have 2 common user,xxx&yusi2001,i want to let the 2 users can
ftp/telnet root(servers has been opend),but,the 2 users can't ftp/telnet root,how can?

This sounds like a user permission error. If you are using the Redhat GUI, choose your "Users and Groups" option from the start menu (I think it is in System Settings). Highlight each user and make sure to make them part of the root group, this may fix the problem. If you still have issues, or have tried this already, just reply and I will try some other options.
