QMAIL AUTH LOGIN AUTH=LOGIN Arghhhhhhhh

I am kinda trying to get QMAIL to accept SMTP AUTH

Now the qmail that I have use and that works i.e. with outlook says

250-AUTH LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN
250-AUTH=LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN

WHILE the netqmail patched Kernel

Says only

250-AUTH LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN

I assume OUTLOOK CUSTOMER C.AP needs

250-AUTH=LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN

It asks me for an authentification in OUTLOOK (unlike when auth is off and it just throws an error).

Is that = an M$ bug/feature and how do I get into the Kernel. ?

Thanks

250-AUTH LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN
250-AUTH=LOGIN CRAM-MD5 PLAIN
250-PIPELINING
250 8BITMIME

This patches this:
http://members.elysium.pl/brush/qmail-smtpd-auth/

So apparently the netqmail AUTH patch doesn't work, at least not with us

Lets hope it seems to run now with spam and clam

But now the clam doesn't do the Mail Virus checking as it should and the -mbox solution does only do it on command line

This never ends, does it
