Proxy to Split TCP connection

Hello
I am trying to write one proxy server which will split one tcp connection for http traffic. The http traffic can be on ports other than 80. The client will make request to the proxy. The proxy will make the request to the server.

For example the client will make http request to the address 67.228.101.162 at port 7600. The request will go via my proxy listening at port 3333. But I am not finding any way to get the actual requesting port 7600 at the proxy. If I would able to get the actual server connecting port, I would be able to make the connection from the proxy to the server on behalf of the client.

Any idea is highly appreciated.
